Return and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns in agreement with the "Return and Refund Policy" , so you can try our products risk-free.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 


Damages and Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly.

Do you have a physical store?
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Accepted Refunds If your refund request is accepted, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at CONTACT US.
Please allow up to 3 days for us to fulfill your order, followed by an additional 3-7 days for priority shipping. For digital products, they will be delivered to the email address you provided. If you do not receive your digital products within an hour, please check your junk mail. If they are not there, contact us at "CONTACT US" 
Can I cancel or modify my order?
For pre-orders, shipping times will differ and may take 4-8 weeks to be shipped. Please note that these timelines are general estimates and not official shipping deadlines.
